A local election here in my little rural upstate NY town recently for a town supervisor election. The incumbent had close ties to the local police. The Dem candidate running against him had her signs removed from all state and town roads, she was harassed, fined and locked out of town meetings. The incumbent conservatives signs were never touched. Of course she lost the election, shameful, you'd think I was talking about Guatamala or something
