Has any American President ever received a Tito letter?

As far as anybody knows. (Yes I know it would be kept a secret.)

...to others to assume that everyone knows about what they are talking.

I fall into that trap myself, and it is a legitimate criticism of me, that I assume others live in my world.

Basques were instrumental in spiriting resistance in and out of France. These 2 groups were rather outsized in importance during WWII.
