The US entered WW2 after Japan attacked. Russia attacked our

country through cyber warfare and hacking our elections which is the key to our democracy and the democratic process. When this is finally proven beyond a doubt will our country retaliate? If so how? Through more sanctions?

due to nuclear weapon treaties (thank goodness). But what could we do that would punish them enough to deter them from trying it again here and in other countries?
