Hamburgers, but I have to go get the rolls and also some chocolate. I tried making it through one night (last night) without chocolate and it was not a pretty sight. I was scrounging through the freezer, hoping for some chocolate somewhere, somehow.
I'll use Beyond burgers, ketchup, red onion, lettuce, and whatever rolls I get. In addition sweet potato fries. Roasted corn on the cob.
Kombucha or cola, not sure which.

(10,781 posts)To serve up a pretty slab of salmon cooked stovetop with a little butter and served with a brown stirfry sauce (sesame oil, chile oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce).
Also on the agenda are a kale salad containing bits of apple and blue cheese, and a chilled vegetable soup I just made (sweet corn, cilantro, dill, zucchini, cuke, baby spinach, garlic, a few shreds of jalapeño, turmeric, all blended in some buttermilk & corn broth.)
Enjoy the evening, everyone!

Perhaps some low sugar vanilla ice cream with blackberries and sugar free chocolate syrup later tonight.
We have been nocturnal lately. Ducky and his mom are in bed now, so it's just me at the table.

(2,018 posts)Whole wheat crust topped with homemade sauce, vegan cheese, crumbled vegan sausage, mushrooms, onions, eggplant and black olives. I brushed the outer edge with honey and sprinkled it with sesame seeds before baking. Cheers!🥂

(2,228 posts)We just got a big bag of russets so I figured I'd be a good citizen and bake one.
But then I remembered we also got broccoli.
And I have dried morels I should use...
Next thing I know, I have a big, honkin' plate and I'm a bit apprehensive I'll be able to do it justice.
But I'm going to try! 😃
