Later this morning I'll be getting fasting bloodwork, so brunch is somwhere near the Dr office.

I hope my latest honeydew melon is ripe, because I would love to have cold melon around to get me through the last 2 days of this heat wave. If it is, I’ll make fruit salad with it, using tangerines, Cosmic Crisp apple, and toasted almonds.

Toasted peach muffin to go with it.

Hope your results are good, Irisblue. Mine came back OK.
