Later this morning I'm planning on vegan sausage with scrambled eggs, sourdough toast and a pot of hot tea.

Toasted WG English muffin
Warmed up leftover sausage links
A small seedless mandarin orange a little later.

Ducky is very attentive with a steady stare as I eat. Perhaps he's hoping telekinesis is real or maybe just counting on gravity if I am sloppy. For him, manna from heaven is always a possibility when we cook or eat.

Creamer potatoes, sliced, broccoli florets, garlic, onion, turkey bacon strips,, and eggs. Season with Everything Bagel and red pepper flakes. Serve with toasted English muffins.

Decaf coffee.
