Chicken curry
Just didnt feel like cooking.
I even passed on making bread

Salmon loaf made with canned salmon, diced onion, red bell pepper and celery, bread crumbs, rolled oats, flax egg, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and baby green peas. Also made mashed red potatoes and steamed broccoli with mushrooms. Comfort food night. Cheers!🥂
