Air fryer breaded fish filets. Lemon, homemade tartar sauce.

Roasted Brussels sprouts:



Kombucha: Sparkling apple cider/cherry.

Dessert: Apple blossom with Greek honey vanilla yogurt. Earl Grey tea.

Black bean taquitos and a pinto bean and brown rice burrito with jalapeño sauce for dipping.

Bless him. Bus ride home was Baltic and we’re headed to the lowest temps in like 18 years here in FL. Hot, spicy food hits the spot!

Had a salad of chopped romaine, spinach. Savoy cabbage, red onion, radish, tomatoes, picked beets. Tossed in creamy dill dressing and topped with salad with leftover tofu egg salad. Cheers!🥂
