What's for Dinner, Tues., Jan. 13, 2026

Chicken salad made with peach-flavored mayonnaise. Has craisins, toasted walnuts, chopped celery and scallions.

Serving with pita bread and a tossed green salad.

Kombucha: blueberry ginger.

Dessert: Chessman salted caramel cookie and hot tea.

White pizza topped with assorted, shredded cheeses and roasted: tomatoes, zucchini, summer squash, red peppers, spinach, garlic and shallots

Green salad with olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing

Lemon water

No dessert but maybe old fashioned hot cocoa later

Went with friends to our favorite Mexican Restaurant. We ordered veggie fajitas with refried beans, guacamole and rice. Was nice. Cheers!🥂
