That I have a burrito in the freezer. I think I will microwave it.

At some point, though, I will make a fruit salad with tangelos, fresh coconut, and one of those yellow mangos that Elleng loves so much. I found the coconut taken out of its shell on my foray to Whole Foods yesterday. Will see if there’s an interesting dressing in one of my new cookbooks.

I just wish I had a banana.

That burrito was fabulous. I had it with avocado. I will buy more to have around for incidents where I dont' have time to cook, such as right now when I'm running Windows in safe mode.

I can get the Buddig packs of thin sliced beef, for $1 or less, and cream sauce is easy

I get on a kick once in awhile. The store I get the Buddig at is across town, so I can make sure it stays a treat! lol
