Mine is predominantly chocolate, about which I won't complain!

Sadly, rhubarb/strawberry pie is nowhere as good as one I grew up with, in L.I. with fabulous bakery! George's, in Rockville Centre, Nassau County.

I loved the frozen fruits. They had a frozen lemon that I positively adored.

Hey, you know what I was thinking about on that pizza thread the other day? How you used to post the notices about Stanley Tucci traveling in Italy. I'd always watch. One time he was at that place that made open-air pizza. Now that's a pizza!!!

Steam-fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onion, yellow bell pepper, chopped tomatoes, sliced cabbage and minced garlic. When done I added sliced mushrooms, black beans and seasonings of chili powder, cumin, oregano, chipotle powder and cayenne pepper. I folded the vegetable mixture into large multigrain burrito shells and topped them with pineapple salsa and freshly made guacamole. Cheers!🍻

...kitcheree...my own version of spelling it apparently, as well! Made with toasted basmati rice and vermicelli, green lentils, fried chopped onion and spices. This would have been better if I'd remembered to add some toasted, sliced almonds or toasted pecans. But it was good. Also had baked sweet potatoes (which I cheated and steamed them in the Instant Pot) and steamed Brussel sprouts. Pretty decent cheap meal and VERY filling.
