Dunc the golden retriever is busy. In performing a squeakectomy on squeak toy as i drink coffee and worry about democracy.

I've only kept the ones that still squeak.

I am convinced that our pup was a surgeon in a former life.

It makes me wonder if anyone has done studies to see if dogs actually like the squeak or hate it?

I showed her my fave vegetable market.

Bought fresh zucchini and corn. She bought Crenshaw melon and berries.

I’m making corn zucchini pancakes. I have a few breakfast sausages to go with it.

on a gray morning with no sunrise colors and about 60 (!) out. Very quiet this morning with little traffic on the road or in the air (we are near a smallish airport).

Banana and then an English muffin with butter.

TJ and Ducky (the pup) are sleeping in so it is quiet inside too.
