BBQ chicken sandwich on toasted low-carb roll. Lettuce, tomato, red onion.
Sweet potato fries.
Coleslaw with cocktail shrimp in it.
Dessert: this dessert I made up on my own is fabulous and so low carb. It's made with "nice cream," which is no-sugar Greek yogurt whirled in the blender with a frozen banana and frozen mango. It really does turn into "ice cream." I put it in the freezer and spread it over the toasted waffle. Then I top it with toasted sliced almonds.
Cup of decaf.

(22,777 posts)We just had to make an unscheduled run into town so grabbed lunch while we were there, so I doubt I'll be hungry at dinnertime.

(43,278 posts)a big catfish this afternoon. Six years old and short little boy. He set the hook and his pole bent in half. The fight was on and his grandpa had to hold him down or he would have been dragged into the pond. I got my landing net and landed it for him. Fun day for the little guy and a great memory for his grandpa.
Tonight I am having butterfly shrimp, coleslaw and french fries.
Orange 🍊 before bedtime.
