They are a little bit gross because they are kind of gelatinous but if you stick them in a pan with some oil and a ton of spices, (or shrimp and garlic and olive oil) I find them quite acceptable. They also make muffins and breads from them but I have never tried it.

(55,876 posts)didn't care for spaghetti squash at all (although I will eventually give it one more try in some kind of Asian dish, but for a pasta sub with butter or spaghetti sauce, I didn't like it)

(2,314 posts)The brand is "Home," I believe. it's not bad if you rinse, heat, drain, heat, rinse again.
