(9,681 posts)on meds for high bp, high cholesterol, and diabetic. Today I can proudly say I take no medications except a daily vitamin. My last check up my labs came back, according to the nurse, "text book perfect"

(75,480 posts)I bet you feel a spring in your step too without all that extra weight on you. I know I did after losing a lot of weight. Now get yourself an exercise and diet plan routine you can stick to for the rest of your life in order to keep it off.

(9,681 posts)compliments. Yes I do feel great. I am able to do things I haven't been able to do in a long while. I do exercise, but because of a hernia I had to have repaired (we think I over did it) presently I am only walking and riding my bike, but I do walk a lot..3-5 miles several times a week. I really wish I had done this sooner.
