I had a triple by-pass but what almost killed me was when I went into respiratory failure after the surgery due to my smoking.
I know it's tough at first but I promise you that you will wake up one morning and suddenly realise you have quit...you will have no desire at all....then you'll find yourself going for days and weeks without thinking about it.
You will feel on top of the world...

Ya did good...
Smoother than expected but I'm in the middle of a ten minute crave. It will pass.

I was recently diagnosed with moderate COPD after some difficulty breathing...I guess I'm lucky that's all it is after smoking for over forty-five years. I'm so happy the habit grossed my kids out; I'd hate for them to have ever smoked.

I still would like to smoke but it's getting much better. The periodic craving takes a long time to go away so I'm glad this grop is here.
