(14,602 posts)Also looking for a dental malpractice lawyer. Talk to a dozen lawyers, no go

(60,247 posts)Lawyers won't touch it, I'm afraid, especially since so many have turned you down. They take cases like this on a contingency, no $ up front. If they lose they don't get a penny. And they are looking for certain parameters to help them decide which cases are good to take. (I have no idea what the parameters are as I'm not a lawyer.)

(14,602 posts)Or chiropracter? I found one lawyer in the state doing dental malpractice. He said he's forwarding my email and their great attorneys, but I'm not holding out hope. One lawyer only takes cases when the dentist rapes you :/
