I understand your concerns.

I always seem to be offending someone or another, despite my efforts not to.

So I would say, with the best of intent, that sometimes people on mental health support groups can be a bit...well...sensitive.

I saw it for years on an anxiety support group I belonged to. It got so exhausting having to walk on eggshells all the time.
