Related: About this forumFor the start of my 20th year of retirement, I ran a 1/4 marathon today.
7 miles with my new pacemaker and despite my neuropathy. Heart feel great and my feet were just starting to burn.

(21,722 posts)I’m motivated. I’ve been retired almost that long n just walk..sometimes. Good on you and my continued best wishes. Maybe we’ll see on on Tom Hartman’s On The Road series.
