For the start of my 20th year of retirement, I ran a 1/4 marathon today.

7 miles with my new pacemaker and despite my neuropathy. Heart feel great and my feet were just starting to burn.

I’m motivated. I’ve been retired almost that long n just walk..sometimes. Good on you and my continued best wishes. Maybe we’ll see on on Tom Hartman’s On The Road series.

I try and walk 6 miles most days. I’m 61 and can’t imagine running that far! Your accomplishment motivates me. Thank you!
