Two good things that are better together -
I'm trying to drink more water, and I'm also trying cherry juice as an inflammatory. Tip 1 or 2 tablespoons of cherry juice into a glass of water, and it's better than cherry soda!
I'm experimenting with using frozen cubes of cherry juice. So far, it doesn't freeze solid in my freezer.

Yes, the side by side froze lettuce and melted ice cream.
I have a Soda Stream setup and a shopping list of concentrates ready to go. Cherry is on it as well as pear, peach and apple. Fizzy peach soda should be a real treat.
of cherry juice are you using? Just what can be found on the juice isle or are you
getting it from a health food store?

(36,286 posts)Wegman's is really pushing organics. It probably gives them a better profit margin than organics, but then I don't have to drive all the way to Syracuse to find a co-op, so it's all good!
BTW - you really have to work the Google to get past all the woo sites and people selling cherry juice, but there are NIH studies suggesting that cherry juice is a good anti-inflammatory.
