I have a great group of friends at my local hall. We all help each other, and many are already in my phone.

As for me, it was a fantastic day. My son was rear-ended a block from our house today as he was coming home from a church party. The other car never saw him, and was doing 45 to 50. I was able to drive him home from the ER tonight, not a broken bone or concussion. He was on his motorcycle, BTW. We are so happy he's OK. Nothing else matters right now.

So I exclude alcohol from my drinks even though that was not the cause of the stones. So my kidneys are pain free for a long time. I do not even average a bottle of beer per year.
