Friday Morning Gratitude List

Cats got food & litter,
I got hot & cold safe drinking water, flush toilet, TP, heat & power inside a safe place to live
A favorite CD is blasting away
Coffee, cream, food for today
Chatted with my 84 yr old mom this AM
Internet on this phone
Still clean & sober

I'm doing better then 85%of women on this globe

Yeah. This is much to feel good for.

Something so simple and benign. Huge part of the "psychic change" that occurred in my case.

The "electricity" is the part that I like, & the heat is terrific too..

but the parts that are most important are "safe drinking water and flush toilet.

Back in the 1890s, where I live in Chicago, there was no safe drinking water..hundreds died from disease. Gratitude is so important. Went to the doctor on Friday. He saved my life. (removed cancer) What do we have to be thankful for? I am clean and sober too. I weigh about 55 pounds less than I did years ago..I am lucky to be alive. (and often I forget my gratitude)Thank You for reminding me..k and r....Well, I am a little late with this gratitude post...today is Sunday, not Friday, but better late than never..
