Only alcohol I have ever seen or heard of is a liquid and evaporates at about 86 degrees.. How th ehel could anyone powder that??and why woud anyone want to

so it then acts like a powder, until the capsules dissolve in something else.

we don't already have enough ways to get loaded/high/drunk/or whatever that they need more sneakier ways to do it, this country is circling the drain and no one notices because they are already dizzy from drugs of on sort or another...
