Anybody ever experience lithotripsy and feel like you've been beaten up on day 2?

I was doing better yesterday than I feel today. The procedure was done at 8am. Today I feel all achy and my kidney is bothering me (like stone pain - which according to their literature is to be expected). I wasn't expecting the rib, neck, etc. pain and the feeling like I've been run over by a truck and could just fall asleep at my desk. I've had lithotripsy a few times before for bigger stones and I honestly don't remember feeling like this. They did say these 3 stones were located in alignment with my hip bone so they had to position me weirdly on the table and I could experience some hip discomfort. I'm on Tylenol for any pain, drinking my water, and laying in the positions they prescribed for 15 min at a time every couple of hours.

So far I haven't passed as much as a grain of stone fragments.

My friend had this procedure, and as I recall, he had a bad week after. But he's stone-free now.

Did you have a general anesthesia? That can cause all sorts of fatigue and misery for a while.
