One thing that stands out is how They don't incorporate as a non-profit because they believe in the "nonprofit industrial complex," a buzzword that I've seen quite often in my life. It is used to disparage nonprofits in general, but it is also used by shysters to explain why they have set up an organization for which they pocket all of the money directly with no oversight. Which appears to be what happened in this case.
