Trump meets Zelenskyy at G7 leaders' meeting Ukraine Brief TVP WORLD
President Zelenskyy arrived at the G7 summit in Évian, France, on its second day, meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump. This comes as Kyiv hopes Washington will revive efforts to secure a peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine.
President Zelenskyy also expressed hopes to secure licenses necessary to produce American Patriot missiles in Ukraine amid growing gaps in anti-ballistic interceptors. Earlier on Tuesday, Trump said that Russia should make a deal with Ukraine to end the war. Russian strikes against Ukraine over the last day have claimed the lives of at least four people and injured nearly 60.
