Russia's Shock Decision - Joe Blogs
In this video I discuss the recent decision by the Bank of Russia to not increase interest rates in December despite the fact that inflation rose again in November and at the fastest rate over the past 12 months. Wage increases and the fall in value of the Ruble continue to put pressure on inflation however it would appear that the recent statements made by President Putin have influenced the Bank's decision.
