In this video I talk about the recent announcement that the Kremlin is increasing Exit Tax from 15% to 40% for businesses leaving Russia and also imposing a Seizure Tax of 50% on Western Businesses that have been Nationalized. These tax hikes are a sign that the Russian Authorities are struggling for cash flow and this has serious implications for the Russian Economy.
