The G7 introduced an OIL PRICE CAP of $60 per barrel of crude in December 2022. The terms of this ban place an obligation on shipping and insurance companies to ensure that Russia did not sell oil for more than this price. However Russia have been EVADING these Sanctions by using a fleet of DARK & GRAY TANKERS. Many of these tankers are Old and decrepit and there is a serious risk of an ENVIRONMENTAL DISASTER occurring. It has now been announced that the West is Closing its Waters to these vessels aimed at cutting off $50 Billion of revenue for Russia.
