Moscow will not stop its campaign of missile strikes against Ukraine, no matter the shortage of components due to sanctions. It is hard for Russia to produce missiles, but they still do it. Only the language of force will persuade the aggressor to stop missile attacks on the Ukrainian infrastructure.
