(135,425 posts)1. Actually, NY has done the same thing with the Seat Hog thing.
The video just says be polite, get in line, give up your seat to people who need it, put your bike to the side, etc. Same as lots of other transit systems that I have seen....

I see a lot of bad behavior on part. Bikes sticking out into aisles. Luggage occupying seats. People sitting on the outside seat so they can be alone. I even saw one lady with her leg across the other seat to keep anyone from sitting next to her.

...... like the NYC subway, Chicago El or Toronto subway tend to be at rush hour.
