How to Peel an Entire Bag of Potatoes In A Few Seconds

Peeling potatoes can be a boring process. There are all sorts of utensils that were created to help us peel fruits and vegetables faster and easier, but it can still be a very dull activity. Plus, when using a peeler or a knife there is also the risk of cutting yourself. Young potatoes are a whole another story, as the skin of the potato is rich in vitamins and tastes great when fried a bit. So, when it comes to young potatoes, rubbing only a part of the skin off can be quite annoying. Here a great trick you can apply when it comes to peeling young potatoes. You will need a bucket, an unused toilet brush attached to an electric drill and water.

Seriously, why object to skin? Boil, or mash or fry wedges, even sautee with the skin there is far more flavour.

I've been told that potatoes are some of the worst vegetables to be polluted with fertilizers, etc. in the soil, so should be thoroughly washed or peeled. Unless organic, then I would eat new potatoes with the peel.

I am sure that I could make a total mess out of that. Lucky for me, I don't bother to peel potatoes....they tell me that is good for me regarding nutrition, but I am just lazy. Win/win.
