What is up with this country and listening to conservatives tear innovative moves apart to bring it to a standstill??! Like the rest of the world is in the same vacuum and takes marching orders from Sean Hannity or Trump!

Gustave Trouvé’s tricycle (1881), world’s first electric car.

However, yeah… all of the great “innovations” of the past few decades, we have had for many years.

For example:
  • In 1965, Gemini V got electricity from a “fuel cell.” (It didn’t explode.)
  • In 1973, Skylab got its electricity from solar panels. (Even though one tore off during launch, there was still ample electricity available.)
