Dems. will do well in the 2022 US Sen. Races despite the fact 2022 is a midterm year w/ a Dem. Pres.

The vulnerable Democratic held US Senate seats up for re-election in 2022 are.
46)AZ(Kelly-D) if and only if Ducey-R is the GOP Nominee. Tilt D.
47)NV(Cortez Masto-D) if and only if Sandoval-R is the GOP Nominee. Tilt D.
48)NH(Hassan-D) if and only if Sununu-R is the GOP Nominee. Tilt. D.
Democrats have a 50 percent or greater chance of winning Republican held US Senate seats in-
46-49)GA(Loeffler-R)Warnock-D, Ossoff-D, McBath-D, or Bourdeaux-D.
47-50)NC(OPEN Burr-R)Stein-D or Jackson-D.
48-51)PA(OPEN Toomey-R)Fetterman-D, Shapiro-D, Boyle-D, Houlahan-D, or Lamb-D.
49-52)WI(Johnson-R)Barnes-D, Kaul-D, or Godlewski-D.

we just don't know how the landscape will look two years from now. Could be right, could be better, could be worse.

Our messages/identities/targeting, must improve. The actual 2020 voter preferences were pretty clear.

we simply underestimate the number of folks tied to Trump's cult of personality. They aren't being reached, and our side had more turnout than Obama.

ME(Collins-R vs Gideon-D) and NC(Tillis-R vs Cunningham-D). Winning both of those seats would have put Democrats in the majority without the GA seats.
1/5/2021 is Democrats 2nd opportunity to regain control of the US Senate by winning both of the GA seats (Ossoff-D and Warnock-D) Democrats need a strong GOTV operation in GA.
In 2022- Democrats are going to win all of the Democratic held US Senate seats up for re-election in 2022 including AZ(Kelly-D vs Ducey-R), NV(Cortez Masto-D vs Sandoval-R) and NH(Hassan-D vs Sununu-R). Democrats will pick up PA(OPEN Toomey-R) if Fetterman-D or Shapiro-D are the nominee. To get to 50 seats, Democrats need to win WI(Johnson-R) if Barnes-D, Kaul-D, or Godlewski-D.

By blocking spending, and then the Republicans get the media to "blame both sides"

I have heard this song before.
