Published 10th June 2017
The patient, who has not been named, was admitted to hospital after suffering from Hirschsprungs disease.
His condition means the patient lacks the nerves required to poo properly, which can cause a build up in the intestines.
Doctors at the 10th Peoples Hospital of Shanghai in eastern China reported that the man began to experience a bulge in his stomach at a young age.
And by the time he was admitted the patient looked like he was heavily pregnant.

Not to mention that people think its mockable.
Any bowel disease is mockable, and for us Inflammatory Bowel Disease survivors, its one hell of a fucked reality. (Many dont survive, but the disgusting factor always outweighs thatin the public arena, anyway.)
