Officers were called to Brown Street in Iowa City for a report of an intoxicated male outside singing Jingle Bells through a bullhorn on October 7.

When officers arrived they found the defendant had gone to his apartment.

Officers then spoke with Aaron Holz, 41, of Iowa City, and warned him about his intoxicated and disorderly behavior.

Holz was charged with a disorderly house.
