Related: About this forumGwyenth Paltrow's Insane Holiday Gift Guide Includes $950 Toilet Paper and $90,000 Space Flight
Gwyneth Paltrows lifestyle website Goop has just released its holiday gift guide, and this year, it seemed surprisingly tame
at first.
With sections like For the Dudes and For the Entertainer, Paltrow and her team came up with a solid list of gifts. Sure there was a $US260 corset unitard, a $US1,000 silverware storage container, and $US330 crystal fireplace logs. But Paltrow also had some more practical gift ideas this year and even included a section for under $US50 gifts for offices parties.
But before you get disappointed, Paltrow knows what the public truly wants from her: laughably insane and expensive gift ideas. She delivered with her last guide for Ridiculous (and Awesome) Gifts.
From 18-karat gold dumbbells to something called a Darwin Tank for over $US1,600, keep scrolling to see what Paltrow says you should get the person who has everything in other words, herself.

(102,826 posts)4. Who would buy a pair of headphones that cost as much as a car?

(12,234 posts)2. I spit on her laughably insane and
expensive gifts. I'm making most of the Xmas gifts I'm giving this year, and none cost over $15. This Alien wrap necklace cost me just a tad over $10. I already had the neon blue apaitite rondelles, but still.
I'd be insulted if anyone gave me something insane AND expensive.

(14,691 posts)3. Several years ago I popped into Saks Fifth Avenue briefly one winter eve.
just to warm up, and browsed the section with hair clips, stockings, etc. I found a body suit, made in Austria, very nice but with IMO silly feathers along the neckline. Price was over $300.00. I stifled a guffaw and thought, "rich people are crazy." While I warmed up I went back to that body suit a few more times and looked at the price tag over and over.
