Need help with my IPhone

I somehow set my phone so the sound only comes through headphones. When I look at the volume, it shows a symbol for phones, and I can’t figure out how to turn it off.

is movable to toward the front or back of the phone. Push it toward the front of the phone if it is toward the back. It is some sort of mute button. No guarantee but might help.
