Why did all he colors on my MacBook change?

What used to be red is suddenly blue, previous yellow is turquoise, blue is now brown, etc.. in both lettering and pictures. Is it my computer, a virus, anyone know?

Go to the Apple symbol in the upper left corner.

Pull down menu.

Open 'System Preferences...'

Then click on 'Accessibility'

Then on 'Display' within 'Accessibility'

Make sure 'Invert colors' is not checked.

What system version are you on?
Still sounds like you somehow triggered 'invert colors.' This is for people with visual problems.

OK I go to System Preferences, Do not have option of Accessibility. Display is within Hardware.
When I open that, it has display screen proportion, or the color choice, which does not have "invert Colors" option at all.

Guess I'll have to make a trip to the Apple Store. Can't understand how I could have accidentally changed the color inverse, if it isn't even given as an option. This is an old MacBook, maybe I need to have a reason to buy a new one. I really need the colors corrected, as I can't print out anything in color correctly.
