Issue with phone logins

Color me paranoid, but I have been getting the occasional "....doesn't support a secure connection" message when opening the site on my phone. Anyone else?

But on computer that happens when a site has not upgraded from http to https. Usually nothing to worry about.

Might be a Verizon issue, as I've noticed it mainly when not using my wi-fi.
