Go to this page:

You'll have to log in to your PayPal account on the way. When you get there look on the left side of the page and you should see any automatic payments that you have set up. From there, you can find the one for DU and cancel it.

Cancelling the automatic payment does not cancel the initial payment, so your Star Membership will last for one year from today and you should get 10 hearts to give out.

If you did not get your hearts to give out, please let me know.

This has never happened before.

I've taken care of this -- the automatic payment has been canceled, but the initial payment still went through. So you get your star and hearts to give out, but the payment will NOT recur in future.

I've never had this happen before. Thought I purchased 10 hearts and then instantly saw 4 DU mail thanking me for recurring donations.

Who can best help me do that?
