Household Hints & Help
Related: About this forumWhat is the correct term for pictures that are on canvas and stretched over
a wooden frame? I want to get some more for my house. They're so much lighter than framed pictures.

(19,308 posts)Not a plug, no interest personally in this co., but I use them exclusively and they do a great job. VERY reasonable. Get on their mailing list and they have great sales. Like right now. Based in Miami, fast shipping (free if $55 or more order.)

And you're right. No frame needed, they're light....a small nail or two and they're up.

(38,958 posts)I have found them to be very inexpensive for canvas prints.
We needed something to hang in our basement semi finished TV room on the outside walls which were just painted. So I had 8 of my own landscape photos done into 24x36 canvas prints and put them up with Command Strips from 3M. Adds a lot of color to the white painted walls and was far less expensive in both money and time than doing drywall or panelling of some type.
I'm very happy with canvas discount.
