Who is likely to be the Democratic nominee for the 2024 MD US Senate Election if the candidates are-

John Sarbanes, Jamie Raskin, David Trone, Angela Alsobrooks, John Olszewski and Will Jawando?

John Sarbanes is the frontrunner because of
high name recognition.(son of the late popular longtime former US Senator Paul Sarbanes.)
congressional experience(served in the US House since 2007.)
represents the 5th most Democratic US House District in MD.

Jamie Raskin is the most progressive Democratic US House Member of MD and is an excellent fundraiser.

If MD Democrats want to nominate an outsider- Angela Alsobrooks. County Executive of Prince George’s. 2nd most populated county in MD and 1st most Democratic county in MD. Alsobrooks help the 4 recently elected Democratic statewide elected officials in MD(Wes Moore,Aruna Miller,Brooke Lierman,and Anthony Brown win in the Democratic primary and general election for the positions they were elected to.)
