Doug Ford and the Ontario Conservatives have built up a wedge issue

based on opposing liberal teaching in sex education classes. Watch that in the US. It works on recent immigrant communities and the religious really well. Maybe that is why the GOP is anti birth control. Abortions and teen pregnancy were down. It is all about keeping abortion numbers up and disgust at sex education ripe. The number of times conservative politicians mentioned anal sex during the conservative leadership race I do not know, but it traveled far in conservative communities. I now wonder if that conservative leadership candidate who did all the sex talk was there only to make it a meme in the election which followed a little over two months after the Ford got the leadership nomination for the Conservative Party of Ontario. The whole thing makes for a beautiful wedge issue to match the cycle of school shootings and talk of gun control that never ends in the US. For god sakes GOP don't let any of these wedge issues be solved.

which is why I post frequently in the state groups. If there is new legislation being pushed by conservatives then it is prudent to see where it arises in the US so that we can defend against passage of that legislation.
