(3,321 posts)Please please please please PLEASE let the Canadian system work and dump O'Leary to the curb like right now. I'll be happy if Leitch goes down with him, but I think she's going to hang in there for a while.
If Michael Chong manages to get in, we'll be moving back to a time when the name "Progressive Conservative" made some sense. I have some Liberal/NDP friends who are contemplating joining the Conservative party just to vote for Chong.

(21,283 posts)is only making news because his child is associated with a bizarre breastfeeding column in the Globe and Mail.
He has a number of common-sense proposals and seems like a well-intentioned and decent human being. But that's not enough today, one has to be a celebrity or outrageous in some fashion to get attention, sadly.
