Doug Ford (Conservative) wins in Ontario. Trying to build a big tent. He is pro-union 'apparently'

according to his victory speech. Yup he is running for Prime Minister as we speak.

I meant he is trying to paint himself that way in his speech. I should have added 'apparently'. applegrove Jun 2022 #4

His first two year policies were so unpopular that his numbers tanked. Then COVID came and he stuck like clue to Trudeau on policy. Yes he needs to be shown to be not good for the people. My guess is he is planning on running for leadership of the National Conservative Party one day soon.

... which isn't a real union anyway.

Expected, but profoundly disappointing that people are so badly engaged in Ontario that Doug Ford gets another term despite his terrible handling of... well... everything.

Nobody has ever failed up as hard as Doug Ford.

the NDP could win without the Liberals taking some Conservative votes.
