Wyoming GOP sues over Ballot Machines
CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now)—The Wyoming Republican Party has some concerns about the vote machines in the state.
A GOP representative we spoke to claims there have been errors and miscounts on test runs before the primaries and now worries about how that might affect the general election.
According to the GOP, the test machines were supposed to have different numbers of votes per test, but they failed to do so.
The GOP has since filed a lawsuit against Laramie County clerk Deborah Lee, saying she agreed to run new tests but failed there to meet their deadlines.
