Virginia: Witness not required for June 23, 2020 Primary Election absentee ballots

From https://www.elections.virginia.gov/casting-a-ballot/absentee-voting/

Social distancing!

If you believe you may not safely have a witness present while completing the absentee ballot for the June 23, 2020 Primary Election, you are not required to have a witness present for Steps 2 through 7 listed below.

Accordingly, you may disregard the witness signature line on Envelope B if you believe you may not safely have a witness present while completing your ballot.

I believe an ACLU lawsuit brought this about.
