A well regulated militia can't rely upon buying a gun here and there; sometimes one has to break the rules and do unregulated irregularities.
Gun store owner/operators should be held accountable for any harm resulting from any one of these (so-called) stolen guns.
You know, leakage happens in all markets, but especially where bullets are involved.
