Lancaster ISD proposes $376 million bond in May special election

he Lancaster Independent School District is proposing a $376 million bond package in May to improve facilities, strengthen safety and infrastructure, expand career and technical education opportunities and prepare for future growth.

The bond proposal does not include a tax rate increase, according to Lancaster ISD.

The bond proposal includes four propositions, A-D. Each proposition has a different budget and targets different areas of need in the school district. Voters can approve or disapprove of either or both of the propositions.
